This comfortably and luxurious furnished apartment (110m²) has a warm and cosy living & dining room, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms each with shower and toilet, wardrobe (walk-in closet), guest toilet, garden terrace with fire pit, garden, ski storage and 2 parking lots for your car. Our apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi and smart TV’s.

You can park your cars on the private parking spot (2) and enter the apartment in the spacious entrance with a large closet, mirror and bench. There is separate storage for the family’s skiis and snowboards. We love our spaces to be open just like our conversations, so we created a warm lounge area with an open-plan kitchen and dining area with terrace access.

Our bedrooms have the characteristic warmth and craftsmanship, combined with the typical Woods elegance and comfort. The intelligent layout of the luxurious apartment is optimally planned, ideal for families. With two master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, and a guest room including a double bed and bunk everyone can enjoy a good night’s rest.

Located just 150 meters off the village center and main square of Seefeld, the apartment finds itself in quiet surroundings and oriented to the sunny South. A private parking spot leading away from the main street to the house, provides perfect privacy while staying close to the center of the action.

Discovering a natural paradise and the lively center of Seefeld in Tirol remains unforgettable. Surrounded by a wonderful mountain landscape, Seefeld is one of the most beautiful places in Tyrol. Choose between many easy-to-walk and well-spread hiking trails, Idyllic skiing slopes or cross-country skiing on 340 km of prepared Olympic and World Cup trails.

OUR STORY

Made for making memories

Co-founders Mitchy and her mother, but also her grandmother and many generations prior have been coming to Seefeld. More than eight years ago, Mitchy decided it was time to move to her favorite Austrian village where she held so many precious family memories.

Together with her partner Julien, they made the big move launching the Woods brand in November 2013 with its first location: Woods Kitchen & Bar on the slopes of Seefeld with a view on the Seekirche. Their two boys were born in Austria and the family has been making new memories ever since. They fully embrace the region’s philosophy which brings together sports, fine living and dining. A wholly experience for body, mind and soul.

Inspired by these childhood memories and how dreams can become reality, Mitchy and her mother created the Woods Lodge experience. A home away from home.
